These are the exact 3D dimensions of the the printer and the computer within the letter S based on the sizing 2000mm high by 1250mm wide and 450mm deep.
The depth has to be over 350mm in order to fit the length of the printer securely. The printer being the biggest piece of equipment to sit in the S means if we wanted to bring the size of the whole S down the depth and inner width of the S would have to have enough space for a printer the size of 205 x 185 x 310.
Using the maximum size Jon Wills gave us for the template they can make at uni for the pattern. (1.2 x 2.4) The printer does still fit within the S. It just gives less extra room if we needed it for extra support fixtures inside.
